Selling Homes in the Winter Cold

I have a question from my friends in colder climates. Do you do anything different when the weather gets really cold? I’m looking at my portable weather station and it’s 11 degrees in Nashville.

I may have to show property today, and I have nine Nashville real estate listings that may be shown at any time. My first thought is that most people will wait a few days for better weather, but I know I’m probably wrong.

What can you do for customers to take advantage of the cold?

Barber motorsports museum and track part 2

Here are some more pictures of the Barber motorsports facilty in Birmingham, I have 100 pictures, so I’m trying to keep the blogs easy to manage. The facility is run by exceptionally nice people and the building is exceptionally clean from top to bottom. When you visit, plan to spend at least 1/2 a day to see everything. Make sure you click on the yourtube video at the bottom, it’s from the porsche driving school that uses the track. 

If you are a motorcycle or racing fan, this is an amazing place.
