Wades Grove Pool update
Wades Grove Pool Update – As of Jan 30, 2011 we are still waiting for approval from the Board of Aldermen and most seem to be willing to allow John Maher to proceed with his plan. Jonathan Duda seems to be the only one who thinks that the Neighborhood would be better off with walking trails than a pool. As a realtor who sells homes in every neighborhood in Spring Hill, I can tell you that it seems to be a very inconsistent attitude toward Ward Grove, because they didn’t require any of the surrounding communities to have walking trails. Why is Wades Grove treated differently than Spring Hill place or Cherry Grove by the board? And why does Johnathan Duda use this to stop the pool project?
