Green Hills homes sales were up 325 percent in February compared to February 2010 - I know that seems like a big increase, but last year only 8 homes sold in February and this year 26 Green Hills homes closed for the month. I was actually expecting the numbers to be a little low due to the snowy and cold weather, but buyers are out trying to get a deal. The average price of homes sold in Green Hills for February was $607,930 and the average size was 3716 square feet.

Green Hills Real Estate Sales For August – were a little slower than normal but in line with real estate trends across the country. It seems like people are waiting to see what the business environment will be before moving ahead with any major purchases. For those who are not afraid of risk, this is an unusal time for Green Hills real estate, with low prices and historic low interest rates (I was quoted 3.75% on a 15 year fixed last week).
