Ladd Park in Franklin Tn

Ladd Park is located on the south east side of Franklin close to the peytonsville exit at I-65 just north of I-840. New custom homes starting in the high 200′s. Ladd Park has had a tough time in the last few years in due to bad timing and primary access to the neighborhood from one of the most difficult exits on I-65. Ladd Park will be a great location when the interstate is widened in 2011.

Currently three builders are active in Ladd park with a variety of price and sizes

Ford custom builders is still active in Ladd Park, and they build homes from to mid 300k range to over $450,000. Ford also builds custom homes in Westhaven, Laurelbrooke, and Annandale. Ladd park is most inexpensive neighborhood that you can still buy a new Ford home. The average cost per square ft of Ford homes sold in Ladd park for 2010 was $131

Turnberry is also still building in Ladd Park and they are focused on homes in the mid $300,000 up to $400,000 with sizes in the 2500 square feet to 3300 square ft size.

Goodall is focused on more affordable floor plans and has an entry level home at 2450 square ft that they have been selling for less than $300,000.

Ladd Park should be considered as an alternative to Mckays Mill if you are looking for a new home in Franklin below $400,000.
